Ten Dollar Car Radio!

How does a ten dollar car radio exist? I am getting a big car radio group together to do a PROPER hardcore group test review for Fast Car. I found this thing and called the editor to see if I could include it. My man Jules said NO! I cannot include it in any ‘Best Of’ feature as it was an ‘unknown’.
