Magico S7 is an all new flagship speaker
Magico, the global leader in high-performance loudspeaker design and manufacture, is proud to announce the S7 2026 loudspeaker.
The monumental conclusion to Magico’s critically acclaimed S Series has arrived. Introducing the S7 2026—a 384-pound, five-driver, three-way loudspeaker and the ultimate expression of the S Series legacy.
The S Series was redefined in 2023 with the debut of the groundbreaking S3, setting a new benchmark for performance. The following year brought the larger, more ambitious S5, pushing the series even further. In late 2024, Magico unveiled the remarkably compact S2, delivering astonishing power and resolution in a smaller form factor. Now, the journey reaches its pinnacle with the commanding S7—bold, uncompromising, and definitive.

Proven Performance
The Magico S7 is the result of an extensive research-and-development program that introduced advanced engineering methodologies now fundamental to the flagship M Series. During development, Magico employed a Near-Field Scanner (NFS) robot to perform comprehensive acoustic measurements across the entire 3D sphere surrounding the loudspeaker. This exhaustive analysis of on- and off-axis behaviour produced a complete acoustic map of the S7, enabling Magico engineers to refine its performance with extraordinary precision. The result is a loudspeaker that approaches the theoretical ideal for a multi-way design—delivering sound reproduction of exceptional accuracy, coherence, and realism.
Engineered Silence
The S7’s massive aluminum enclosure features a curved, sculpted form refined through advanced 3D simulation to dramatically reduce internal resonances. The structure enhances rigidity while enabling Magico’s proprietary damping techniques to perform at their highest level. The curved front baffle further minimises diffraction, improving overall acoustic performance.
Using a Laser Vibrometer, Magico engineers identified even the most minute cabinet vibrations and the sound pressure they generated. This forensic level of analysis allowed unwanted resonances to be eliminated early in the design process—achieving one of the S7’s most critical objectives: a cabinet that contributes no audible colouration, preserving the purity of the musical signal.
A further result of this optimisation, the S7’s internal volume has been increased from 135 litres to 180 litres compared to the previous S Series flagship. This expansion extends bass response by an additional 5Hz while maintaining the same speaker sensitivity—delivering deeper, more authoritative low-frequency performance without compromise.
Precision in Motion
Driver technology lies at the core of every Magico loudspeaker design, and the S7 represents the brand’s most advanced work to date.
At the heart of the S7 is Magico’s Nano-Tec Gen 8 cone, featuring an aluminium-honeycomb core sandwiched between graphene-reinforced carbon-fibre skins. Enabled by cutting-edge manufacturing techniques, this structure achieves an unprecedented combination of low mass, extreme rigidity, and superior damping—resulting in remarkably low distortion.
Complementing the cone design is an all-new, third-generation driver chassis developed over three years of intensive research. This re-engineered platform improves force distribution, refines suspension geometry, and employs a dual-post architecture to balance dynamic wire tension. The result is exceptional stiffness with optimal damping, minimised resonance, and improved airflow for cleaner, more accurate sound.
Drawing from technology first realised in the M Project loudspeaker, the S7 employs three woofers vertically aligned. This configuration mitigates floor-bounce effects and smooths in-room frequency response, producing more predictable and linear midbass performance in real-world listening environments.
Five Drivers, One Voice
The S7’s high-frequency performance is anchored by a tweeter derived directly from the acclaimed M Series. Its 28mm diamond-coated pure-beryllium diaphragm offers an extraordinary stiffness-to-weight ratio, driven by a powerful neodymium motor system for low distortion and increased power handling. Extensive FEA modelling was used to acoustically optimise the tweeter’s back chamber, resulting in high-frequency reproduction rich in nuance, texture, and transparency.
Midrange duties are handled by a 6-inch driver featuring a 3-inch titanium voice coil housed in Magico’s third-generation chassis. Utilising the Nano-Tec Gen 8 cone, along with a full copper cap and oversized neodymium magnets, this driver delivers benchmark-level performance in both frequency response and time-domain accuracy—producing midrange clarity and realism of remarkable fidelity.
For low-frequency reproduction, the S7 surpasses every S Series model before it. Three 10inch woofers—each equipped with a 5-inch titanium voice coil, Nano-Tec Gen 8 cone, massive copper cap, and half an inch of linear excursion—deliver bass that is both profoundly deep and exceptionally controlled. The result is powerful, room-filling low frequency energy that preserves the integrity of the original recording.
Coherence by Design
The S7’s five drivers are unified through Magico’s Elliptical Symmetry Crossover (ESXO), a three-way design employing acoustical-target 24dB Linkwitz-Riley slopes. This approach maintains phase and frequency linearity while reducing intermodulation distortion, allowing the drivers to operate as a single, cohesive system. The ESXO crossover incorporates an array of state-of-the-art components from Mundorf of Germany. For the first Eme in an S Series loudspeaker, the S7 also features CAST PP Radial capacitors from Duelund Coherent Audio of Denmark. The result is complete coherence across the audible spectrum—seamless, natural, and uncompromised.
Accoutrements
The S7 is available in a curated selection of premium finishes, including six Sohec (powder coat) options renowned for their deep, vibrant colour, silky-smooth texture, and exceptional durability, as well as six High Gloss (automobile paint) finishes polished to a mirror-like sheen and sealed with a protective clear coat. Supporting the enclosure is a precision engineered three-foot support system featuring constrained-layer damping and premium materials, further enhancing mechanical stability and sonic performance.

Monumental in Scale
Rarely has high-end audio witnessed a product series that reshaped an entire category. The S Series accomplished exactly that—delivering reference-level performance at price points previously thought unattainable.
Now, its ultimate expression stands revealed.
Bold. Imposing. Limitless.
The Magico S7 2026 is a true flagship—an icon of high-performance loudspeaker design.
