The Talk Audio Magazine team wish you a very Happy New Year and a Jolly Tuneful 2008.

Six months ago, I finally went fat pipe, got onto Talk Audio and there was a flurry of ‘Is that really you Fat Bloke?’ Only some fool had been pretending to be me! My response was to say ‘You’d think they would pretend to be someone who was actually cool!’ Anyway, moments after that, I met the Guru on line and he told me of the plans for a Talk Audio magazine, attached to the fabulous forum community that TA has built up. I was freshly available from a seven year stint on Fast Car and raring to go. Went out, filled all those flashing banners you see on the forum and the pages here and we were in business.
Now, we have more than 100 separate articles, reviews, features or news stories posted on the site and we have only just begun.

I wanted to offer a heart-felt thank you to all our site associates for getting on board and helping make TA Magazine – the only UK source of specialist in car electronics journalism – a viable reality.
A nugget for New Year. Go see ‘The Daddies of 12 Volt’ it’s about how we are going to be getting some stuff in from Martyn Williams and Kevin O’ Byrne. Both patriarchs of the mobile electronics scene in the UK and abroad.
Here’s to a prosperous and tuneful 2008, may your system always sing the best it can and may your tweeters never blow nor your THD ever become hearable.
