Clarion AV with iPod Video Playback
Clarion UK has announced enhancements to the full-featured control and functionality of the iPod interface for it’s newest VRX868RVD and MAX668RVD multimedia units. The new units will not only offer control, on-screen display and audio but now also iPod Video.

Clarion’s all-new VRX868RVD single DIN 7 inch motorised flip-out touch-screen, is an improved version of its already awesome full-featured predecessor. The newest offerings of the VRX868RVD multimedia unit are the video playback from the iPod, and touch-screen control of the DVD menu options. It’s all-new appearance lends to its user friendliness. The VRX868RVD will launch in July 2006.
Clarion’s MAX668RVD double DIN Multimedia System with fully motorised 7 inch color widescreen LCD is an all-new product offering in 2006. Its touch-screen control offers a unique on-screen control pad with full iPod control of music functions and includes the video playback feature. The MAX668RVD is Navigation Ready, which means it can be connected with Clarion’s new hard drive CeNET Navigation. The MAX668RVD is scheduled for a July 2006 launch.
